Grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned and appreciate your trust in me on your wellness journey.

This ancient medicine has stood the test of time for over 3000 years. Applying the principles and energetics of nature - as within, so without - to prevent imbalances and treat the myriad of dis-ease manifestations in the body. Seeing and understanding the root of these imbalances, and using the principles of the natural world through acupuncture and traditional east asian medicine, we can prompt the body’s innate healing wisdom and balance can be restored.

Since early childhood, I’ve been inspired by the beauty and wisdom of the natural world. Being able to apply these principles in my daily work has been a great source of joy and motivation for me when seeing clients. Everyone is unique and constantly changing. I do my best to see you with fresh eyes at each and every visit.

Traditional East Asian Medicine

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the insertion of thin solid needles (the width of two human hairs) into strategic points along meridians or channels to prompt the bodies innate healing capacity and restore the proper flow of qi (energy) and blood in the body.

Herbal Medicine

Herbs may be recommended and are customized blends and formulas used to address your specific needs. Any additional cost for the herbs goes toward maintaining my small pharmacy and is not marked up.

E-Stim

E-stim, or electrical stimulation uses metal clips on the needles to deliver a gentle electrical current to the needles for stronger stimulation as needed for various conditions such as atrophy, paralysis, pain or spasm.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion or moxa is the use of ground dried mugwort leaves compressed into a stick or cone used to stimulate acupoints or meridians. It can be used for pain, general deficiency, digestive disorders, menstrual issues, fertility and may even be used to turn a breech baby during pregnancy.

Cupping

Glass cups use fire while plastic cups use suction to create a vacuum that releases fascia so qi and blood circulate more freely, alleviating pain and tension. It can also be used for respiratory issues and lung congestion. Cupping causes bruising that should resolve in 10 days or less.

Gua sha

Gua sha uses a flat tool to move qi and blood. It can also be used respiratory issues and lung congestion. This therapy causes temporary bruising.
